We are not just hanging around
Abseiling window cleaning is often used to clean high-rise residential and commercial properties as it’s cost-effective, efficient and causes less disruption than other window cleaning methods.
At Clearview Window Cleaning Services we provide an abseiling rope access window cleaning service to complement the various other methods of high-level window cleaning that we offer. All abseil technicians are highly experienced, fully insured and vigorously trained to the highest IRATA standards in rope access. We offer a competitive and cost-effective solution to any high-rise office or residential building and cover the whole of London and the South East of the UK.
We recognise that high-level access is a potentially hazardous activity, which is why we are committed to safety as our first priority. All our staff are fully trained to IRATA level 2 and 3 standards (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) and follow and are compliant in strict Health and Safety guideline protocols. We are constantly monitoring and updating our safe system of work to remain in line with the ever-changing HSE Directives within our industry. Before any cleaning task is considered and carried out, Clearview Window Cleaning will complete a full and detailed Risk Assessment and Method Statement to cover the proposed works. All rope access staff will be fully briefed before any work is permitted.
All Clearview staff carry their IRATA identification and are able to provide IRATA certification to demonstrate our qualifications.
Clearview is an approved installer and tester of eyebolts and wire safety devices and conforms to BS EN 795 and BS 7883:2005 standards. We normally will offer a greatly reduced fee or in some cases free annual testing for contracts that are in-house.
Clearview window cleaning can also offer a full safety testing service to eyebolts, safety latchway systems and anchor devices. We are approved installers of rope access eyebolts and fall arrest systems. Where anchor devices and fall arrest systems are not in place, we can provide and use our own dead-weight trolleys that are routinely tested to LOLLER standards.
